南海热带扰动已于19日17时加强为热带低压，20日5时40分前后在海南文昌龙楼镇沿海登陆，20日14时位于海南省儋州市境内，中心附近最大风力6级（12米/秒）。预计其将以每小时5-10公里的速度向西偏北方向缓慢移动，强度略有增强。

[信宜雷雨大风黄色预警][信宜雷雨大风黄色预警]预计，受强对流云团影响，16时到22时我市有雷电、雷雨大风、短时强降水等强对流天气，信宜市气象台8月20日16时02分发布全市雷雨大风黄色预警信号。信宜市气象局和市应急管理局提醒您注意防御强对流天气。
信宜天气预报预计，我市未来一周雷雨频繁，局部雨势大，雷雨时伴有雷电、雷雨大风和短时强降水等强对流天气。早晚有（轻）雾，山区局部有浓雾。具体预报如下：21到23日，有中雷雨局部暴雨，25～32℃。24到26日，有雷阵雨局部大雨到暴雨，25～33℃。
关注和建议1．请注意雷电、雷雨大风引发的树木、厂房工棚、临时构筑物、户外广告牌倒塌等风险。注意防御强降水及其引发的山洪和地质灾害。2．雨雾时能见度低，雷雨时阵风加大，请注意交通安全。
